Refresher training for RCRA Hazardous Waste Training
This course is organized as a “refresher” training course and is intended for individuals that have completed a RCRA Hazardous Waste course within the last year. If you are less familiar with the hazardous waste regulations and need more detailed training, or if this is your first time taking hazardous waste training, our full RCRA bundle training located on this online platform may be a better fit for you.
In this refresher course, we will review the key generator responsibilities along the cradle to grave management system, including:
- Hazardous waste determinations
- Different hazardous waste generator categories
- Recordkeeping, reporting, and notifications
- On-site management of hazardous waste
- Off-site transportation of hazardous waste to TSDFs
This course is best for generators located in states that fully or substantially follow the federal program for hazardous waste.If you are in a state that significantly varies from the Federal Program, you may want to seek out one of our state specific refresher courses or contact us directly for a tailored course.
