New Hazardous Waste Rules Review for South Carolina
The Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule went into effect in S.C. upon publication in the S.C. State Register May 24, 2019. These new rules include some elements that are more stringent than previous rules while some provisions allow generators of hazardous waste more flexibility.
