OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) addresses employee information and training. The purpose of hazard communication training is to both explain and reinforce information that is communicated to employees through labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets and a written hazard communication plan. The standard requires very specific information regarding the materials and tasks at your location as well as general information.

The purpose of this training is to provide the general information needed, entirely in Spanish, to reinforce and/or develop those programs at your location. As such, to be compliant with the standard, additional specific training must be provided by your employer.
